Making
A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Product List,
and select the number of items that you wish to buy. Press the "Add
to Cart" button. After you have finished your shopping, click
on "Shopping Cart" link, where you will see a list of
the items you have decided to purchase. Thereafter, you then proceed
to "Checkout" where you will be presented with a summary
of your shopping. Once you agree to the "Terms & Conditions"
of purchase you then proceed to the payment section.
- We accept credit card payment. You can pay in GBP£, US$,
or Euros.
- We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. You may send your credit
card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
- We
also accept cheques (Made payable to "Aerobooks.co.uk")-
orders will be processed 7 days after receipt; giving time for
the cheque to clear.
- We
can also accept cash that is sent by recorded delivery. Proof
of sending does not prove that we have received it.
- All
orders that are received are checked for accuracy. Errors and
Omissions Excepted.
Shipping
And Handling
Handling, packaging, and shipping is charged at various rates £3.50,
£4.50 and £5.50 depending on weight. The rates are applicable
for all reagions. However, the delivery times vary according to
regions. a) UK - 3 to 10 days b) Europe - 7 to 14 days c) Rest of
the World d) 14 to 30 days
Delivery
Schedule
You will normally receive your order in under 5 business days or
a maximum of 14 days. International orders are generally received
in under 14 business days and a maximum of 21 days.
Back
Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
receive an email if the order is likely to go over our usual delivery
schedule times.
Credit
Card Security
All credit card numbers are processed by PayPal. World renowned
for their security you can rest assured that all your details will
be kept securely.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the products do not arrive in
a satisfactory way then you are permitted under our terms and conditions
to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Privacy

Contact, Delivery Details are fully protected under a highly secure
tranaction form.
Returns
Policy
We must be in receipt of return products within 30 days. Periodicals,
Diaries and any other dated items cannot be returned. If you wish
to return an item it must come with it's original packing and undamaged.
If you do not want the products you may return them at your cost
within 30 days - and you will be refunded less a 15% restocking
fee for use on the site, or by cheque.
